The Triglav International Business Academy (TIBA) is an in-house training programme for prospective employees from across the entire Triglav Group. It is aimed at developing employee competences for performing professional and management tasks and intercultural cooperation within the Triglav Group.
The Young Hopes project is aimed at young talents who are yet to reach their full potential and therefore have fewer opportunities to compete for professional or sponsorship funds to develop their talent.
Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., cooperates with universities and faculties in designing events and offering project work opportunities to students, as well as secondary school students. Cooperation includes visiting educational institutions or hosting events at our facilities, especially at the Triglav Lab digital centre.
