For the seventh consecutive year, Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., is proud to receive the Most Reputable Employer 2024 award in the insurance sector. This award, presented by the employment portal Mojedelo.com, is based on extensive online research.

Survey participants have once again recognized our excellence, paving the way for good HR practices and the development of organizational culture. Key advantages highlighted by the participants include respect for employees, positive workplace relationships, and a healthy work-life balance, supported by the benefits of the Family-Friendly Company certificate and the Triglav.smo program.

This award significantly strengthens our established employer brand and motivates us to continue our strategic path of careful employee management within the Triglav Group.

The Triglav Group and Zavarovalnica Triglav’s 2023 annual report won the Gold Award for the use of photography in a PDF and for infographics in two international annual report communication competitions, the global Arc Awards (Annual Report Competition) and the European IADA (International Annual Report Design Award). The annual report received the silver awards for the website, report design and integrated report, and bronze for the integrated business and ESG report (PDF).
