Counterproposal to Item 3 of the Agenda of the 44th General Meeting of Shareholders

On 26/4/2019, Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., received a counterproposal by the shareholder VZMD to Item 3 (Draft Resolution no. 3.1) of the agenda of the 44th General Meeting of Shareholders of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d..

The counterproposal was amended by VZMD on 17/5/2019. The counterproposal together with its explanation and the opinion of the Management Board on the respective counterproposal is attached hereto.
