Purpose and legal basis for the processing of data of the video surveillance system |
Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. performs video surveillance of access to its official company or business premises with the aim of ensuring the safety of people and property of the Company, it's employees, customers, business partners, visitors and others who enter the Company’s business premises. Video surveillance is also carried out inside some workplaces where this is absolutely necessary for the safety of people or property (e.g. claim adjustment lines, sales points) or for the protection of confidential data or business secrets, whereby we ensure that video surveillance is performed on the smallest, strictly necessary scale. Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. performs video surveillance on the basis of item (f) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation in conjunction with Article 76 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2). |
